We provide general travel information, quotations and manual booking assistance. An enquiry is not a confirmed ticket, booking or application approval. Service availability and terms must be checked before proceeding.
01 · Tell us what you need
Let us know the service, destination, travel or application dates, number of travellers and budget or preferences. Do not send complete passport copies, bank card details or verification codes at the first enquiry stage.
02 · We verify availability and terms
Where applicable, we check the service scope, available providers, published official procedures, pricing, currency, fees, validity period and material requirements. Information is subject to supplier and authority confirmation.
03 · Approve the details before paying
Before any payment, the relevant itinerary, customer information, itemised charges, applicable service fees, provider conditions and cancellation/refund rules should be confirmed. Accepted payment channels have not yet been published on this website and must be independently verified.
04 · Wait for actual confirmation
For travel services, only supplier-issued booking or ticket evidence confirms the arrangement. For visas, identity documents and entry permission, the responsible government authority makes the final decision. Enquiries, payments or documents do not guarantee approval.
05 · Changes, cancellations and refunds
Terms vary by service and supplier. Refund eligibility, actual fees, possible deductions and the process must be assessed against the specific confirmed terms, provider policies and applicable law. We do not claim that every booking is fully refundable or that all refunds have a fixed processing time.
