Our services

Navetaro Travel provides general travel information, quotations, enquiries and manual booking assistance for flights, hotels, airport transfers, transportation and tours. We also provide guidance on lawful information sources and administrative procedures for certain visas and Myanmar documents.

Enquiries are not confirmed bookings

Sending a message or requesting a quotation does not create a confirmed reservation or ticket. Prices, availability, eligibility, timelines, supplier policies and cancellation conditions may change and must be checked for the specific service. We should disclose the relevant terms before the customer agrees to proceed.

Visa, identity and border matters

Only competent authorities determine visa decisions, entry clearance, passports, driver’s licences, eID records and other official outcomes. We cannot promise approval, faster government processing or guaranteed admission. We do not assist with false documents, bribery, unauthorised record access or bypassing lawful border checks.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

There is currently no blanket price, deposit or refund policy published for all services. The specific service provider, total price, currency, payment method and applicable cancellation/refund rules must be explained and confirmed before any transaction. Do not pay an unverified account.

Personal data and lawful authorisation

Customers must supply accurate information and may only request help with records belonging to them or another person for whom they have lawful authority. Any document handling must follow the applicable legal requirements and a clearly explained service purpose.

Third-party services

Airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tourism operators, embassies and government offices have their own applicable rules. Their final availability, decisions and terms are not controlled by Navetaro Travel.

Information and liability

Website descriptions are general information, not individual legal advice. Actual responsibilities are subject to applicable laws and any specific service agreement confirmed with the customer. We do not exclude any customer rights that the law does not permit us to exclude.
