报价中会说明什么 · What a Quote Should Include
- 明确服务内容、供应商或相关服务渠道，以及需要客户确认的资料。 / Scope of service, provider and customer details to confirm.
- 适用的金额、币种、服务费、第三方费用、税费及报价有效期（如有）。 / Price, currency, service fees, third-party charges, taxes and quote validity where applicable.
- 实际可用情况、取消或更改规则、退款条件及重要限制。 / Availability, cancellation, changes, refunds and relevant restrictions.
- 客户确认后才进入下一步；询价并不代表出票、订房或任何政府审批成功。 / An enquiry does not mean a confirmed ticket, hotel booking or government approval.
付款及退款 · Payments & Refunds
是否支持某种付款方式及其收费条件，须在具体订单确认前向客户核实与说明。请勿向未经核实的个人收款账号付款，也不要在公开页面发送银行卡或证件资料。退款与改期条件取决于客户已确认的服务协议、供应商规则和适用法律。
